株式会社Boostup was founded with a single conviction: the talent-opportunity gap between Japan and the rest of the world is solvable — with the right platform, the right relationships, and the right people on the ground.
We began as a technology idea in 2020, grew into a platform for video-first recruitment, and established our first office in Japan in June 2023. By October 2023 we were legally incorporated in Japan, and by May 2024 we held our paid employment placement licence — making us one of Hokkaido's youngest licensed placement agencies.
Our focus today is practical: connecting Japanese companies with skilled IT engineers and SSW caregivers from around the world, while providing employers and candidates the support they need to make every placement last.
